Hi All,

The Rally started well with absolutely beautiful weather.  It was good to have Greg & Josephine, David & Lyn along as fresh faces. Geoff M was a little slow off the mark as he had a procedure, (have a quick recovery Geoff).

All of us set up Monday for an early start to Anzac Day at the Dawn Service , It was just fantastic to see the support for a small town (300 to 400 people were at the service).

The midday March was attended by two of our veterans, Bob & Dave. These two have served our country and it made a lot of us very proud to see these two march. They marched together for the first time ever and I know from the vibe they were overwhelmed and super proud. I feel the March was the high light of the week.

Dinner on the day was Bangers & Mash which was meant to be like Army food but I was informed that it was much better than army food. Thanks to Pam for running the 2up, well done, there were a lot of losers, but the winners, Lyn shared her winnings.

We went to the local Club on Wednesday night for dinner which all seemed to enjoy. we could not win a raffle even with free tickets. Malcom cracked his nuts on his tow bar, I hope the tow bar is ok, the Macadamians were beautiful.

Thursday saw a few of us leave for different reasons, we were one so I can’t help with Thursday night. We had 9 vans which contributed to a good rally.
